1.  Job Summary

The Digital Marketing & Content Lead is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive
digital  marketing  strategy  across  various  online  channels  like  social  media,  SEO,  PPC,  and  email
marketing, overseeing campaign performance, managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional
teams,  and  staying  updated  on  industry  trends  to  drive  brand  awareness  and  lead  generation;
essentially leading all aspects of Kisharon Langdon’s digital marketing efforts.

3.  Key Tasks

•  To work with the Director of Marketing and Communications across the organisation to

manage and deliver the marketing and communications strategy.

•  To grow and manage paid and organic social channels like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.
•  To ensure all marketing and communications are accessible and in line with best practice

accessibility standards.

•  To visit/be in contact with services on a regular basis to gather, write and produce new

content for various channels and material.

•  To be proactive, creative and enthusiastic input to achieve strong brand awareness, growth

in income and wider supporter engagement.

4.  Operational Tasks

Social Media & PR

•  To work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a
comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy for 2025-27, which focuses on
engaging content, increases support across our channels and showcases Kisharon Langdon as
a leader in engaging, accessible digital content.

•  To lead on planning and creating engaging digital content across social media (this includes
across channels using videos, reels, static posts, GIFs, etc.) to highlight and showcase
appeals, services, events and raise awareness of our work. This will also include working with
the team on key campaigns as needed.

•  To work with the Marketing and Communications Team to produce engaging digital material

for key campaigns, collateral, websites and newsletters.

•  To identify PR opportunities for Kisharon Langdon online and lead on their implementation,

working with the team as needed.

Website

•  To project manage the development of phase two of our main website, including working

with our digital agency to address the design, needs, functionality, possibilities and
accessibility functions of the website.

•  To look after other websites owned by Kisharon Langdon services and working with them to

establish strategies for updates, engagement, consolidation where appropriate, and
development.

•  To be responsible for the ongoing updates and maintenance of the main Kisharon Langdon

website including working with the digital agency to ensure website security and compliance.
•  To work with others across the organisation and with the Marketing and Design Support Lead

to manage how printed material is converted to digital format.

General

•  To work with external suppliers, agencies, copywriters, photographers etc. as required.
•  To work with others in the Marketing and Communications team and others across the
organisation as needed, playing a key role in content planning and development.

•  To have flexibility to work out of hours/weekends when necessary.
•  To fulfil any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time that are

reasonable and commensurate with this role.
