Centre Manager – Fledglings Tooting Early Years

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated centre Manager to join our dynamic team in Tooting. 

Start: ASAPHours: 37.5 hours minimum per week, all year roundQualification: Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent

As a minimum you will need to have:

• Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Safeguarding knowledge
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or similar
• Background in working in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Inspection Framework
• Experience of working and communicating with parents and carers
• The ability to communicate confidently with adults and children
• Good organisational skills
• Be able to work well within a team
