You’ll manage and optimise our websites and digital platforms, designing seamless, accessible customer journeys that drive engagement, ticket sales, donations, F&B and retail income. You’ll oversee high-quality content and design across digital, print, and on-site environments, embedding insight, analytics, and performance thinking to continually improve results. Working closely with venue and campaign teams, you’ll set clear brand standards while remaining hands-on with delivery, guidance, and creative direction.

A bit about you

You’ll be an experienced marketing manager with a strong track record in customer-focused, brand-led delivery. Confident working across multiple platforms and priorities, you’ll combine strategic thinking with practical execution. You’ll enjoy influencing stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and using data to improve customer experience, engagement, and commercial performance.
