Job role
The successful candidate will be working in the companions’ kitchen alongside our current chef and must have a passion for great food, with experience of producing home-cooked food, whilst adhering to company polices.
Working alongside the people we support, known to us as companions, the cook will prepare and cook quality homemade food whilst also providing training and instructing companions on the safe handling and preparation of food. The cook will promote a supportive and nurturing environment for companions in a manner which embodies the Emmaus ethos.
