We are seeking a Head of Year – EYFS who will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our youngest learners’ educational journey. This is a unique opportunity to lead a year group within the Early Years, ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and personally. Working closely with the Director of Early Years and the Senior Leadership Team, you will help create a first-class learning environment rooted in the EYFS framework. Your leadership will inspire colleagues, support high-quality teaching and learning, and strengthen vital partnerships between pupils, parents, and staff.
We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner with a deep understanding of child development, who can lead with passion and vision. As Head of Year, you’ll drive progress, oversee assessment, and ensure smooth transitions across key stages, while setting the highest professional standards. This is a full-time role, though part-time as a job share, may be considered for the right candidate.
