An exciting opportunity awaits you at QEF Care and Rehabilitation Centre, where your skills and leadership can make a real difference in the lives of individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries, strokes, or incomplete spinal injuries.

ABOUT QEF:
Located in a modern, 48-bed facility, QEF Care and Rehabilitation Centre offers specialist residential neurorehabilitation services. We support clients with a range of physical, cognitive, and communication disabilities – often also involving mild to moderate behavioural challenges.

We are able to offer a tier 2 visa sponsorship, for applicants already in the UK. (we are not able to sponsor applicants from abroad)

THE ROLE:

Lead and Deliver Care: Take a senior role in assessing, treating, and managing clients within our neuro-rehabilitation service.

Collaborate with Experts: Work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team including OTs, SLTs, nurses, psychologists, and support workers.

Client-Focused Approach: Participate in our Key Therapist/Worker programme, providing personalised, consistent care.

Support Your Growth: Enjoy regular supervision, reflective practice, and funded CPD opportunities to support your professional development.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Passionate about physiotherapy and aligned with our values
  • Hold a Physiotherapy degree/diploma with current HCPC registration
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, adhering to professional standards
  • Postgraduate experience in physical and neuro rehabilitation
  • Skilled in managing physiotherapy staff and working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in neurological physical management and ongoing CPD with a current portfolio
