Stevenage FC Foundation is seeking a highly motivated, responsible, enthusiastic, and committed individual to work within its expanding youth engagement programme.

The Foundation is looking to recruit a Youth Engagement Officer to develop and deliver targeted interventions engaging young people into positive activities, life choices, education and training in both education and community settings.

What We Are Looking For:

The role will be responsible for the development and coordination of the Foundation’s alternative provision and youth mentoring programmes as well as supporting the delivery of the Foundation’s curricular delivery in primary education, and the Premier League Kicks programme. The role will work with the wider delivery team to ensure that our programmes are relevant, needs led and engaging for the target audience. Predominantly working with children aged 8-19, the candidate will have an approachable, friendly, trustworthy, and professional manner, with the ability to engage with a variety of individuals from all backgrounds.
