Position: Maintenance Operative
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Stroud

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building DIY and maintenance tasks.

- Knowledge of various maintenance issues and building techniques.
