You’ll also assist with planning inclusive community events, maintaining accurate records, and providing flexible administrative support to the Projects Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and wants to make a real difference in local communities.

What We’re Looking For

· People-focused approach – You’ll enjoy supporting volunteers and helping them find opportunities that match their interests and goals.

· Excellent communication – Confident in engaging with a wide range of people.

· IT proficiency – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining good administrative systems.

· Team player with initiative – Flexible, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed.

· Commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities – Passionate about making volunteering accessible for everyone.

· Local knowledge – Understanding of Stoke-on-Trent communities and the barriers people face to volunteering (desirable).

· Experience – Supporting volunteers or working in a support role is a bonus, but not essential.
