Family Support Coordinator – Allerdale

The Family Support Coordinator (FSC) is responsible for assessing the needs of families and developing and monitoring packages of support.

They will also have responsibility for the direct delivery of support for families particularly a mixture of more complex families, and/or oversight of some families where support is provided through volunteers.

The FSC will also assist with planning and facilitating group provision for both parents and children as necessary.

The FSC will work with other staff to develop new services as required.

18.5 hours per week
