Are you our new compassionate & committed team member? If so, you'll be supporting predominantly women (but sometimes men and children too recovering from domestic abuse and working towards independence.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide high-quality emotional and practical support to adult residents and their children, many of whom have experienced challenging and traumatic situations relating to domestic abuse.

This includes supporting them to manage their license agreement with us for the property they occupy and their move towards independence, alongside promoting their well-being, and working with external partners to ensure residents have access to the specialist services they need.

Note: knowledge of domestic abuse support is desirable, however training will be provided.
