Brooke
We are two well-established multi-parish benefices in an attractive part of rural South Norfolk, working together since 2022.
We have already appointed a part-time Associate Priest and we now seek
One full-time Priest in Charge to be licensed to both benefices
This is an exciting opportunity to forge new partnerships, offering the advantages of joint clergy working and collaborative ministry with a strong, experienced lay team. Further valuable support is provided by a part-time employed administrator.
Who we’re seeking
We are looking for a spiritual and prayerful leader who will work collaboratively with the Associate Priest and the lay members of our combined Ministry Team, to strengthen our relationships with God and each other. We seek a priest who is:
- An approachable, supportive leader and team builder
- A good listener and communicator who will inspire people of all ages
- Compassionate, with strong pastoral skills
- Imaginative and creative in mission and outreach
- Able to thrive in rural ministry and be actively present within community life
- Willing to embrace and build on a variety of liturgy.
