About The Service

• Brackley House is a beautiful, detached property in the Heaton Chapel area of Stockport. It is a five-bedroom property where 3 young gentlemen with complex care needs are currently living. The people we support are all aged between 19 years and 24years.

• Brackley House is a supported living project for 4 young men, when at capacity, with complex care needs. All the people supported are young men and some are care leavers who have transitioned into their own tenancies for the first time.

• The young men need support with daily activities.  These include prompting and assisting with personal care needs, housekeeping, meals and cooking assistance, and taking part in local activities and accessing the community.

It is a lively and fun service. A busy environment generating loads of smiles on a daily basis!
