Wellbeing Team Manager - Safe Haven
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,050 + unsocial pay
Contract: Permanent
Base: Oxford and Banbury

- Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, and the needs of people living with mental health problems
- Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
- Experience of providing leadership and/or management
- Experience of external networking and internal collaboration with colleagues for the benefit of service provision.
- Experience of managing risk
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships
- Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
- Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis
- Effective organisational, planning, administrative and IT skills
- Knowledge/Understanding of our values
