The Acting Bishop of Durham invites applications for the position of Team Rector to serve the parish of Billingham.
This is an exciting full-time role, with the support of an enthusiastic full-time Team Vicar.
Billingham is a parish with four church buildings, each of which play a part in the worshipping life of the whole church community.
Over the past few years there has been an increased desire in the church community to grow deeper in faith, discipleship, and mission and there is a real opportunity to drive mission forwards in a vibrant industrial town.
The vicarage is a modern, 5-bedroom property situated in Wolviston village, a five-minute walk from St Peter’s and a five-minute drive from St Aidan’s in the centre of Billingham.
