Join US Active as Fundraising Committee Chair!

US Active, a charity dedicated to supporting young people’s mental health through physical activity, is seeking a new Fundraising Committee Chair. This voluntary role offers the opportunity to lead our fundraising efforts and ensure vital financial support for our life-changing work.

About the Role:

Lead and oversee the planning, organisation, and execution of fundraising events.

Build relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and supporters to maximise event success.

Ensure all events align with US Active’s mission and raise essential funds to support our work.

Work with the fundraising committee to develop creative fundraising activities that engage the community and wider stakeholders.

Track the progress of fundraising events, ensuring targets are met and reporting back to the Board.

Who We Need:

Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.

Fundraising Event Experience: Proven track record in planning and executing successful fundraising events.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting young people and their mental health.

Time Commitment: Approx. 4-5 days per month, including attending meetings and fundraising events.
