Robinson College is looking to recruit an Apprentice Gardener. This is a two year fixed term apprenticeship and we are looking to fill this vacancy from February 2026.

Together with supervision by KEITS, Robinson will provide full time, paid work with training. This includes 1 day a week college attendance in term time, as well as work based training and any other training deemed necessary.

The successful candidate will display an enthusiastic interest in horticulture with a keen desire to learn and develop their skills in this area. The role involves assisting members of the gardening team in the day to day running of the College gardens and carrying out duties within their capabilities that are required by the Head Gardener or members of his team.

The successful candidate will ideally possess GCSE Maths and English at a pass or above.
