Deputy Head of Residential (Registered Manager)
Based in Nailsworth
The core purpose of this role is to formally deputise for the Head of College Residential and ensure operational leadership and management of a range of residential provision to customers in the locality.
The Deputy Head of Residential will be a key member of the College and the Residential Team and work in a flexible and collaborative manner with the Head of College Residential and College Principal.
The Deputy Head of Residential (Registered Manager) will be required to be Registered Manager for a number of the households within the residential provision after thorough induction into the service and need to work the hours to meet the needs of the residential provision.
