Navigator – Oldham

RSI Navigator

Post : Rough Sleeper Initiative worker – Navigator Oldham

Full time 37.5 hours per week

Fixed term to March 2026

Salary : £27,300 per annum (SCP24; £14.00per hour) + pension

Qualifications : Nvq level 3 Health & Social Care> (or similar) required and
knowledge of drug and alcohol related problems, homelessness and related issues. 1 year+ experience

Special duties : Unsociable but flexible hours of work.

Driving essential. Lone working.

Accountable to : Rough Sleeper Service Manager

Responsible for : Coordinating support for homeless individuals with multiple
disadvantages and challenging existing systems. Providing an asset-based approach towards people sleeping rough in Rochdale and Oldham
