Facilitate / participate in relevant working groups, partnerships and committeeslocally and nationally.  Manage internal and external updates to facilitate excellent customer service,support and guidance.  2. Manage projects, qualification and unit development and review:  Lead on the development, review, and maintenance of qualifications and otherproducts. Understand the regulatory requirements around qualification construction. Develop and maintain accurate and compliant qualification documentation,structures, and assessment methodologies. Lead on the development and review of Agored Cymru products, including theQuality Mark, Customised Programmes of Learning and Endorsed Programmes ofLearning.Role AccountabilitiesQualification DeveloperLiaise with the Head of Product Development and Quality Assurance team toensure qualification development takes place in line with regulatoryrequirements and the needs of the education sector. Liaise with the Head of Product Development to manage development andreview for both qualifications and other products. Support the Business Development Team to promote qualifications and otherproducts with our centres and other stakeholders. Coordinate contributions from internal teams, subject experts, and externalconsultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality, and withinbudget. Lead on resource development.  Manage and lead on allocated projects. 3. Produce high quality reports and written contributions including:  Contribute to the preparation of organisational reports and updates.Support the production of qualification performance reports, activity reportsand data analysis.  Contribute to a range of bulletins for internal and external use. 4. Promote Agored Cymru products, services and brand:  Support marketing through contributing to marketing/promotionalactivity/events to support business in line with priorities.  Chair and facilitate meetings that involve stakeholders and/or prospectivecustomers. Identify opportunities to promote and grow business, especially with regard toarea(s) of specialism.  Represent Agored Cymru professionally at external events, committees, andconsultations.
