About Us:

Our mission is to ensure that animals in need within our community receive the compassion, care and respect they deserve. We are committed to helping, healing and homing animals for as long as they need us.

About the role:

The Bristol A.R.C. Clinic is a well-equipped, PSS Tier 2 accredited, welfare-orientated small animal charity clinic based in St Philips, Bristol. We provide an outreach service for clients on low incomes, discounted cat neutering and work alongside our Bristol A.R.C. Rehoming Centre. We care for ill and injured stray animals, a small amount of wildlife, and support the RSPCA Inspectorate with their work.

You will join our team of nurses and clinic nursing assistant to provide an excellent level of care to domestic animals and wildlife. We see a varied caseload ranging from dogs and cats to foxes, hedgehogs, birds and swans. We make use of modern lab equipment including endoscopy, ultrasound, capnography and digital x-ray.

The Clinic Team is an excellent, friendly team. You will receive great support and no OOH providing a good work/life balance. Occasional nurse clinics. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make use of your nursing skills while making a difference to lives of some of Bristol’s most vulnerable animals.
