Services Data Analyst is an integral role within our Quality Assurance Team, where you will use the power of data and analysis to help our Services Directorate deliver operational excellence, drive improvements, and meet our charitable objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Services Data Analyst, you will be crucial in translating raw data into actionable intelligence that drives our mission.
- Strategic Insights: Research, analyse, and prepare both qualitative and quantitative data and trends to inform strategic decisions and service development.
- Performance Reporting: Design, produce, and innovate our Services Directorate performance dashboards and scorecards, ensuring accurate and regular reporting.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with teams across the Directorate to fully understand their data needs and support them in meeting strategic objectives.
- Data Quality & Compliance: Collect data, develop data collection solutions, conduct audits to improve data quality, and ensure all processes are secure and compliant with GDPR and other legal requirements.
- Driving Improvement: Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify outcomes, inform improvement plans, and proactively implement new initiatives to enhance data use.
- Data Culture: Support the Head of Quality Assurance in embedding a culture of evidence-based decision-making through effective training and presentation of insights.
You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).
