Support Staffordshire, in partnership with The Globe Group and Staffordshire Community Energy (SCE), is excited to be recruiting a Community Energy Team Leader. Funded for an initial 12 months, this role offers the chance to make a real difference by helping communities across Staffordshire embrace cleaner, greener energy.

You will work closely with SCE on their new Energetic Communities project supporting the creation of Community Energy Plans in six local areas, embedding sustainable solutions at a neighbourhood level.You will also play a key role in developing and delivering new community energy projects.

Alongside this, you’ll lead the growth of our new Community Energy Hub, a service providing training, advice, and energy audits to voluntary organisations, volunteers, and the wider community.

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong people skills and who has a good understanding of local organisations and networks across Staffordshire.
