Full Time – 37.5 hours per week Salary: £26,200.35 Covering 3 Services

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and help lead our services to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and support staff across three services.

• Promote high-quality, person-centred support.

• Act as a keyworker, ensuring care plans are followed and updated.

• Support with staff development, training, and day-to-day operations.

• Maintain excellent communication with service users, families, and external partners.

About You

• Experience in a support or senior role within care.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• A genuine passion for improving lives and supporting others.
