Reports to: Inclusion and Engagement Managers
Hours: 0.6FTE or 0.8FTE (21 or 28 hours/ week), Job Share
Salary: £30,410 per year FTE (pro-rata).
Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Hybrid (with a minimum of 1 day a week at Generate’s Head Office based at 73 Summerstown, SW17 0BQ, and occasional work at other locations within Wandsworth as required).

Main Purpose of Job: To manage the portfolio of Generate projects which promote better health for people with a learning disability, working alongside consultants with lived experience of learning disabilities and autism to co-design and co-deliver trainings, Consultation work and assessment of services, co-production of accessible health resources for health and social care, and for www.easyhealth.org.uk.

Job title: Community Connections Support Worker
Reports to: Community Connections Project Manager
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Hours: Various
Location: Based at 73 Summerstown SW17 0BQ and other community locations.

Main purpose of job:
As a support worker, you will assist each individual to lead a life that is centred around independence, helping them to reach their goals, take as much control in their life as possible and to exercise their rights, responsibilities and obligations as citizens. You will be providing support that makes a real difference to people’s lives
