SES EQUINE VETERINARY SERVICES (KILDARE/WICKLOW) is seeking an enthusiastic equine veterinarian with stud experience to join our 2.5 - 3.5 vet and 1 nurse team to fulfil a fixed term breeding season position January / February - July / August 2026 .
We are a team with an excellent reputation who promote a gold standard approach in an ambulatory and stud farm setting. The practice works with a large number of flat thoroughbred stud farms where we provide an all round service throughout the breeding season. We have a large artificial breeding case load that includes chilled and frozen AI , embryo transfer and OPU. We also provide a busy problem mare referral service. We are a fully ambulatory practice providing all aspects of routine care and an out of hours emergency service to our clients.

The practice is uniquely located near the Curragh , in easy reach of Dublin and the Wicklow mountains. We also aid our vets in finding accomodation to make for an easy transition.

What do we require from you ?
• A degree in veterinary medicine recognised by the VCI.
• Proven experience in reproductive ultrasonography and preferably artificial breeding techniques.
• Team player with a lean in approach to collaboration and mutual support.
• Omni-competence (general practice experience) favoured , previous equine hospital experience favoured.
