We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join our West regional team. The role is full time and permanent. You'll be working 36 hours per week. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week in the Bristol office.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled administrator to join the West team, supporting site teams with back of house processes.
As a Business Support Assistant, you will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes. You will also assist site teams with the management of external suppliers by planning annual schedules, processing invoices and monitoring performance.
To be considered as a Business Support Assistant, you'll need:
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Experience of working with financial information and budgets.
- The ability to multi-task, manage own workload and prioritise accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite.
