Theos Videographer and Video Editor – The Sacred

We are looking for a talented Videographer and Video Editor to join The Sacred production team to shoot, edit and deliver regular audio and video content for The Sacred Podcast.

Location: Theos’ London office, with flexibility to work from home and travel to SE London for podcast recordings

Part time (15 hours/ 2 days per week – Wednesday is a core day, but other hours could be flexible)

22 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £32,000 - £34,500 FTE (Pro rata £12,800 - £13,800)

Theos is a Christian think tank which exists to stimulate debate about the place of religion in society, challenging and changing ideas through research, commentary and events. Since 2017, Theos has produced The Sacred, a podcast that explores the deepest values and backstories of people who shape our public life.

We are looking for a talented Videographer and Video Editor to join The Sacred production team to shoot, edit and deliver regular audio and video content for The Sacred Podcast. This will include full production of fortnightly episodes, special Sacred Live episodes and other content as required. This role will lead on the production for most of the regular video and audio outputs for the podcast with editorial input from the wider team, and opportunities for creativity and the development of new content streams.

We are looking for a team player with technical expertise who can collaborate under direction as well as bring original ideas to the table. The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills as well as an understanding of, and interest in podcasting. Ideally they will also be familiar with The Sacred Podcast and resonate what it aims to do.
