We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Fareham. We are looking for support workers on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).

Full UK Driving Licence is essential as you will be required to drive (Manual & Automatic) Mobility Vehicles

Shift patterns vary and the earliest you will start is 7am and the latest you will finish 10pm (mixture of long days, earlies/mids/late/alternate weekends) Sleep Ins are also available

The Role:

• Supporting with everyday task such as cooking, cleaning, laundry
• Support with managing finances
• Providing full support with personal care and manual handling
• Medication administration
• Supporting out in the community, taking to day centres and health appointments
• Encouraging them to be as independent as possible

The people we support all have amazing personalities, they are looking for people to support them who have similar interests to them and will enjoy taking part in the following:

• Going shopping
• Going to the cinema
• Listening to music, especially Elvis and the Beatles
• Going out to coffee shops for a coffee and a gossip
• Going out for meals
• Going swimming
• Gardening and bird watching
