We are looking for a **Recruiter **to join our Centralised Recruitment Function here at Hft on a 5-month fixed term contract.  This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.

What will you be doing?

In this fast-paced role, you’ll focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for key frontline roles, including Support Workers. You’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end — from writing job ads and booking interviews to conducting interviews and guiding candidates through every stage of the onboarding journey.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates — keeping them engaged, informed, and motivated throughout the process.
