Age Concern Hampshire has an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Day Care Centre Manager based at our Gore Grange Care and Wellbeing Centre. You will join us on a part time basis (15 hours per week, (08.30 to 16.30). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.71 per hour.

In the future there may be a requirement to work on a Thursday, 8:30-16:30

The main responsibilities of the Assistant Day Care Centre Manager role include:

• Ensure the smooth and effective running of meaningful services for our clients and their carers;
• Assist with the planning and delivery of wellbeing and day services in accordance with service contracts;
• Manage and support a team of staff within the Centre;
• Drive performance, quality of service, cost of delivery, and compliance initiatives;
• Identify and drive new opportunities within the area;
• Input into reports on service delivery, including outcomes to clients and carers.
