Join Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity) and help lead our ambitious gaming and streaming program. We are seeking a Senior Streaming Executive – Gaming to champion streaming as a key fundraising channel, build lasting creator relationships, and deliver innovative events and activations that make a real difference.
The salary for this position is £36,734 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of GOSH Charity’s Content Creator Programme, managing recruitment, engagement, and performance.
- Design, manage, and evolve flagship streaming products such as OMG Streaming WeekandStream It Beat It.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with content creators, streamers, platforms, and agencies, ensuring authentic engagement and long-term fundraising impact.
- Work with the Senior Gaming Manager to plan and deliver tentpole campaigns and bespoke streaming events with clear objectives and income targets.
- Establish GOSH Charity as a trusted and engaging presence on Twitch, YouTube, Discord.
- Use data and analytics to track, evaluate, and continuously improve performance across streaming initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Social Media, Partnerships, Supporter Data, Marketing) to maximise reach, storytelling, and supporter journeys.
- Act as a champion for streaming across the organisation, educating and inspiring colleagues to embed gaming and streaming within fundraising culture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and opportunities to ensure GOSH Charity remains a leader in digital fundraising.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong existing relationships within the streaming and gaming community, with the credibility to engage authentically.
- Proven expertise in gaming and streaming for charities, with a track record of community engagement and fundraising success.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Fluent in the “native language” of streaming platforms, comfortable communicating with creators and audiences on Twitch, Discord, and beyond.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with the confidence to challenge and evolve established programmes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities in the gaming sector.
- (Desirable) Experience as a content creator or streamer yourself, with insight into the creator perspective.
