BASS Administrator
Contract: Fixed Term 12 months Closing date: Flexible Interview date: TBC
We are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join our Advice & Support Service in Birmingham (BASS). This role is flexible with a combination of working from home and in the Birmingham office.
As part of the role you will:
- Dealing with incoming enquiries via the telephone, email and online and signposting to our other teams.
- Supporting the Team and Sensory Service Manager to collate statistical data, using spreadsheets and data recording systems to analyise information.
- To take the lead on creating content for BID’s Social Media pages, promoting the BASS service.
To be successful for this post:
- Be a proactive, organised individual. The role is demanding and it’s important you are motivated to support with contractual deadlines.
- Feel confident using and adapting spreadsheets to gather data. An excel/IT qualification is advantageous.
- Have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn British Sign Language.
