Based in Dorchester and using your expert knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills, you will provide focused and professional first line people services advice on people policies and procedures. You will also lead on delivering end-to-end recruitment for Weldmar across a broad range of roles, including doctors, nurses, chefs, gardeners, retail, wellbeing and support.

Working with leaders and supported by people partners and associates, you will use your understanding of recruitment methods to create and refine effective attraction, assessment and selection approaches and prioritise an excellent candidate journey. You’ll also be responsible for creating offer letters, contracts and change letters.

If you are a team player and have the ability to work supportively with colleagues and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, as well as working autonomously to manage your own workload, we would love to hear from you. You’ll have a high level of administration skills including various HR / Recruitment Systems with working knowledge of end to end recruitment and relevant legislation. Ideally you would also possess a CIPD qualification in HR or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
