Dr. Jessica Breaugh, Senior Lecturer at ESCP Business School, Campus Berlin has one position available from 16.10. 2025 or later: Student Assistant (m/f/d) 10 to 20 working hours per week The position is temporary with a duration of 2 months (with possible extension). We are looking for a high motivated student interested in working on both teaching support and research in the fields of business ethics, change management and corporate social responsibility. In one project, you will work as a part of an international research team. Tasks: Your main tasks will be to support research on one of two projects linked to psychology and morality in modern businesses, and/or change management. The research is both qualitative and quantitative in nature. Tasks may include literature searches, survey development, survey programming (using Qualtrics) and data analysis. As a result, preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in data analysis (STATA, SPSS or R). Having experience with survey development is an added bonus! Requirements: Master’s student during the entire period of work contract. Very good written and spoken English skills. Good German Skills (Minimum B2 is desirable) General interest in qualitative or quantitative data collection and analysis Team player, reliable, responsible, showing initiative, and self-motivating.
