Housing Support Officer Ceredigion

You will be working from the Aberystwyth Office, as well as being home based,
and travel throughout Ceredigion is essential.

Salary Band DP2 £24,060

Hours: 35hrs per week full time, and job share will be considered

We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working Housing Support Officer to
join our dedicated team.

As a key member of our organisation, you will provide targeted support to older people
across the county, focusing primarily on housing-related needs. Your work will involve a
combination of home visits, community outreach, and liaising with external agencies e.g.
Department of Work and Pensions, to ensure individuals receive appropriate and timely
support. You will also be responsible for providing accurate and relevant information to help
clients understand and access the services and benefits available to them ensuring older
individuals receive the support they need to live safely and independently.
