Main Job Purpose

To lead the delivery of adviser-led digital support sessions within the Digital Access Hub, helping residents complete essential online tasks safely and build lasting digital confidence.

The Adviser plays a key role in supporting clients with their digital skills. The role is central to creating a safe, inclusive, and efficient environment for people building digital skills and confidence.
