About the Role
BUCS has an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team as a Commercial Content Administrator.
This role is ideal for a creative, organised and personable individual with a passion for sport and digital content, looking to start their career in partnership activation and content delivery. As Commercial Content Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of BUCS’ commercial partnerships, working with globally recognised brands. You’ll help create and deliver impactful digital and event-based campaigns throughout the BUCS season, ensuring our partners’ rights are fulfilled and their activations stand out.
You’ll take ownership of content creation at BUCS events, working closely with our Engagement team and student ambassadors to capture engaging stories, images and videos. You’ll also support on managing our commercial content plan, including social media, email, and website updates, and work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to bring ideas to life. You should be comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Interview Information:
If successful candidate will be called to interview on the week commencing 15 December 2025.
Candidates who successfully advance to the interview stage will receive further information about logistics and tasks via email.
