We work with young adults with complex additional learning needs and disabilities, teaching them to self-advocate, build skills and find greater independence.

This is a remote position.

Established with the philosophy that everyone is deserving of equal respect and opportunity in life, Elidyr has supported people with complex learning needs for more than 50 years.

We are proud to be sector-leading and award-winning. We strongly believe that all learners and residents have a right to the highest quality of education and residential care. Our curriculum is based on a programme of activities designed to enhance wellbeing, while building many opportunities for personal growth.

We are dedicated to finding the best ways to support those in our care. This approach has resulted in transformative experiences for so many of the young adults we work with.
