Are you passionate about inclusion, equity, and amplifying the voices of people with lived experience? Do you want to help make Mencap the best place to work and volunteer for people with a learning disability? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We are recruiting for two part-time Inclusion Team Coordinators to cover a total of 36 hours per week between them (ideally 18 hours each). We’re flexible on how the hours are split, and ideally each role will be worked over three days per week. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to our London/Peterborough offices for meetings.

 About the Role

As an Inclusion Team Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Colleague Inclusion Manager to support our Inclusion Consultants with a learning disability and help to embed inclusive practices across Mencap. You’ll coordinate training, events, and projects, ensuring our colleagues with a learning disability are supported, empowered, and heard.

You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, wellbeing check-ins, travel arrangements, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes for the Inclusion Consultants. You’ll also help deliver impactful training sessions and support co-production opportunities that shape the future of Mencap.
