Rydyn ni'n lansio gwasanaeth newydd sbon ledled Cymru, sef Gofod Rhithiol Teulu (GRT Cymru), gwasanaeth digidol cwbl ddwyieithog sy'n cael ei greu i gael gwared ar rwystrau cod post er mwyn i deuluoedd allu cael gafael ar gymorth unrhyw bryd, yn unrhyw le. Gyda chefnogaeth hael Sefydliad Moondance, bydd y rhaglen arloesol hon yn gweithio ar draws pob un o'r 22 awdurdod lleol yng Nghymru a'i nod yw ymgysylltu â degau o filoedd o deuluoedd drwy fodel haenog o adnoddau cyffredinol, gweithdai grŵp a chymorth 1:1 wedi'i deilwra.

Fel ein Gweinyddwr Gwasanaeth, byddwch yn allweddol i sicrhau bod ein gwasanaeth yn ddwyieithog drwy gadw ein cynnwys gwe yn gywir ac yn hygyrch, cydlynu ymgyrchoedd digidol, rheoli archebion, a chynhyrchu diweddariadau perfformiad clir er mwyn i ni allu dysgu'n gyflym ac ehangu ar yr hyn sy'n gweithio. Byddwch yn cefnogi ein hwyluswyr i ddarparu gweithdai ar-lein a rhaglenni sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth fel Cygnet, gan weithio'n agos gyda chydweithwyr ar draws Barnardo's a phartneriaid yng Nghymru.
Beth fyddwch chi'n ei wneud
- Ø Cadw cynnwys yn ffres (Cymraeg a Saesneg):diweddaru tudalennau, asedau ac adnoddau; sicrhau hygyrchedd a chysondeb ar draws GRT Cymru.
- Ø Cynnal Archebu Didrafferth:cynnal y daith archebu ar-lein a'r amserlenni er mwyn i deuluoedd allu dod o hyd i sesiynau ac ymuno â nhw'n rhwydd.
- Ø Cefnogi ymgyrchoedd:cydlynu gweithgarwch e-bost a chymdeithasol; paratoi delweddau/copïau; casglu cymeradwyaethau a chyhoeddi diweddariadau.
- Ø Dangos ein heffaith:llunio adroddiadau cryno gan ddefnyddio offer dadansoddi ac adborth (e.e. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI) i olrhain cyrhaeddiad, tegwch a chanlyniadau.
- Ø Hyrwyddo ansawdd:prawf ddarllen, trefnu cyfieithiadau, a sicrhau ansawdd deunyddiau dwyieithog.
- Ø Galluogi cyflawni:darparu gwaith gweinyddol taclus ac amserol, nodiadau, tracwyr, cofnodion, rheoli ffeiliau a chysylltu â chyflenwyr.

Digital Admin Officer Role – Grade 4 (Welsh Essential)
Service: Virtual Family Space Cymru (VFS) – Gofod Rhithiol Teulu (GRT)

At Barnardo's, we believe every child should feel safe, happy, healthy and hopeful. We're launching a brand-new, Wales-wide Virtual Family Space (VFS Cymru), a fully bilingual digital service created to remove postcode barriers so families can access support anytime, anywhere. Generously supported by the Moondance Foundation, this innovative programme will work across all 22 Welsh local authorities and aims to engage tens of thousands of families through a tiered model of universal resources, group workshops and tailored 1:1 help.
The role
As our Service Administration, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our service is bilingual by keeping our web content accurate and accessible, coordinate digital campaigns, managing bookings, and produce clear performance updates so we can learn fast and scale what works. You'll support our facilitators to deliver online workshops and evidence-based programmes such as Cygnet, working closely with colleagues across Barnardo's and partners in Wales.
What you'll do
- Ø Keep content fresh (Welsh & English):update pages, assets and resources; ensure accessibility and consistency across VFS Cymru.
- Ø Run smooth bookings:maintain the online booking journey and schedules so families can easily find and join sessions.
- Ø Support campaigns:coordinate email and social activity; prepare visuals/copy; gather approvals and publish updates.
- Ø Show our impact:compile concise reports using analytics and feedback tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI) to track reach, equity and outcomes.
- Ø Champion quality:proofread, arrange translations, and quality-assure bilingual materials.
- Ø Enable delivery:provide tidy, timely admin, notes, trackers, minutes, file management and liaise with suppliers.
- Ø Co-produce and improve: help gather family feedback and insights to refine journeys and content continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Content, Digital Marketing & social media with lead responsibility for the Welsh context and application:
- Ø Work with team members to support digital projects/marketing, social media or advertising campaigns, by sourcing, organising and coordinating bilingual content.
- Ø Work with Social media team to discuss social media activity. Could involve advertising on platforms as required (training will be provided)
- Ø Work with the Digital team and wider teams to ensure content is quality assured in English and Welsh.
- Ø Support the team by creating and circulating campaign reports and key information.
- Ø Manage the VFS Cymru booking system and ensuring there is an active Welsh offer.
- Ø Support the team by working with colleagues to develop messages and schedule content for campaigns.
- Ø Any other responsibilities as directed by the Infrastructure Lead and Engagement & Delivery Lead
About you
- Welsh language:fluent written and spokenWelsh and English (essential).
- Digitally confident:comfortable with CMS, email/social tools and basic image/doc editing; keen to learn new systems.
- Organised & proactive:able to prioritise, meet deadlines and keep meticulous records in a fast-moving project.
- Clear communicator:strong writing, proofreading and presentation skills; able to turn data into simple summaries.
- Values-led & people-centred:collaborative, respectful and solution-focused; committed to EDI and safeguarding.Desirable:experience supporting online programmes, simple analytics reporting, or working with suppliers.
