Trojan Sports is seeking a passionate and experienced Development Coach to join our high-performing squad swimming team in Dubai for January 2026. Guided by our “quality first”ethos, we are dedicated to delivering world-class swimming instruction, customer care, and athlete development.

You will play a key role in inspiring and developing swimmers of all levels, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and enjoyment both in and out of the pool.

Key Responsibilities

Session Delivery :

  • Deliver high-quality, progressive squad and Learn to Swim sessions following Trojan Sports’ curriculum and safety standards.
  • Use a blend of drills, aerobic sets, skills work, and speed elements to support swimmer progression.
  • Prepare swimmers for internal and external competitions.
  • Assess performance, provide feedback, and adjust training plans as needed.
  • Encourage resilience, discipline, and personal goal-setting in line with the Trojan Traits.

Day-to-Day Operations :

  • Record swimmer attendance, progression, and competition results.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and squad coaches about swimmer progress and development plans.
  • Support with meet entries, Trojan competition organisation, and daily operational tasks.
  • Uphold Trojan’s professional standards across all coaching interactions.

Team Support and Collaboration :

  • Support other Trojan Sports swimming instructors and site staff.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced coaches where appropriate.
  • Contribute to team meetings, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Assist with the running of Trojan’s competition series at the Dubai Police Academy.
  • Support any additional tasks as directed by the Learn to Swim Manager or Operations Manager
