As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality cuisine across our diverse portfolio of venues. From elegant fine dining at Pittville Pump Room to large-scale banquets at Cheltenham Town Hall and fresh, seasonal food in our cafés, this is a role that offers real variety in some of the town’s most historic and atmospheric settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes across a range of service styles, including fine dining, banqueting, and café menus

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Contribute to menu planning and the development of new, creative dishes

  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness

  • Support the delivery of catering for some of Cheltenham’s most prestigious public and private events

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role is highly desirable

  • Passionate about food, with a flair for creativity and attention to detail

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work across different venues and event types

  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential

  • Prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
