FES’s apprenticeship program offers hands-on training in metal cutting, shaping, fabrication, and welding, with a focus on corrosion-resistant materials and offshore structures. Apprentices gain experience working on projects under guidance, learning to interpret drawings, apply precision, and follow safety and quality standards.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
