The Charles Dickens Museum is seeking an exceptional person to fill a key position within a small dynamic team. As part of the Senior Management Team this role is both strategic and operational, leading on all aspects of commercial income generation and marketing, as well as overseeing a wide-ranging commercial events programme.

This is a busy, varied and creative post, requiring excellent organisational, digital, and people skills, as well as commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with an entrepreneurial flair who enjoys working in a small team.
