Job Title: Operations Manager
Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: Circa £34,000 (FTE) pro-rata

Job Purpose Summary:

Reporting to the CEO, the post holder will play a key role in the Leadership Team, developing, managing, and monitoring services in line with the Charities mission and aims.

Management of Project Leads, day to day operations and projects.

Working with the CEO in the development and opening of a new Stay and Play Café in Gateshead.

Working with the Fundraising Manager and Project Leads to diversify income via statutory, trusts and corporate funds.

Act as deputy to the CEO.
