directorate

You’ll take ownership for:

•  The design and implementation of mass communica-

tions to programme members, including (but not limited
to) bulletins, handbooks, and programme guides. .

•  Ensuring relevant colleagues are consulted and input

into these communications.

•  Analysing the impact of in-programme communications
and seek to continuously improve the work of your team
where necessary, enhancing customer experience.

The role

The rundown: The Programme Communications team
will own the development and quality of; all key pro-
gramme documentation, in-programme communications,
directorate communications and lead the internal Share-
Point site. Working as part of this team in the Transforma-
tional Programmes directorate, you will work to ensure
that Teach First programme members and internal
colleagues receive appealing and timely communications,
keeping them engaged, and well informed.

The detail: day-to-day work

•  Leading the development and implementation of in-

programme communications plans across programmes.

•  Working with colleagues across teams to ensure

communication plans are appropriate and support
achieving programme impact aims.

•  Managing colleagues to deliver the communications

plan to a high standard.

You’ll report to: Head of Resource and Events

This position is a level 3 role. Take a look at our role

About you

The Essentials: make sure you demonstrate these in

•  You’ll have a proven track record of successfully
planning and delivering large scale and sustained
communications, and can demonstrate strong project
planning capability.

•  You will be able to demonstrate experience of

managing, monitoring and developing the implementa-
tion of multiple audience-driven communication plans.

•  You will have team management experience

•  You’ll have strong relationship building skills, to

influence stakeholders at all levels and build bridges
between different stakeholder groups.

•  You will have experience of using Salesforce Market-
ing Cloud, or an equivalent platform, to manage and
send email campaigns.

•  You will have experience of managing SharePoint or

other similar platforms to support efficient file manage-
ment systems

•  You should have a commitment to and knowledge of

advancing diversity and inclusion.
