  • Are you an organised and detail-oriented Education Administrator looking for a rewarding opportunity?     To thrive as an Education Administrator, you’ll need to bring a strong mix of administrative expertise, compliance knowledge, and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone with:

    • Strong knowledge of administrative and office systems, including experience working with complex manual and computerised processes.

    • Excellent IT skills – Proficiency in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.

    • Experience with DfE Funding for 16-19 provision, including audits and compliance.

    • Relevant qualifications – A Business Administration Level 2 (or above) qualification, plus Level 2 English, Mathematics, and ICT.

    • Meticulous attention to detail – Able to work systematically and maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and financial processes.

    • Exceptional communication skills – Confident in dealing with a wide range of people, including handling challenging situations professionally.

    • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities – Capable of managing multiple priorities, working independently and collaboratively within

  • About the Role
  • Based in Leeds, as an Education Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our education operations, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with DfE funding requirements.

    Working closely with the MIS Administration Team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting financial transactions, and facilitating learner registrations and audits.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Data Management & Compliance – Accurately input and maintain learner data within our Management Information System (MIS), ensuring compliance with DfE funding rules.

    • Financial Administration – Process transactions, manage purchase orders, and oversee bursary payments with precision and integrity.

    • Awarding Body Administration – Handle learner registration, testing, and certification processes, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.

    • General Administration – Plan and prioritise administrative tasks, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records.

    • Audit & Compliance Support – Assist in regular audits, flag potential issues, and support ongoing compliance initiatives to minimise funding risks.

    • Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across the education team to enhance administrative efficiency and provide high-quality support.
