Support Worker, North View, Jarrow
Full Time (37.5 hours) and Part Time available - £12.60 per hour
At North View we provide 24-hour care and support for up to adults who may be living with learning disabilities and autism. We aim to ensure that this is not just a place to live, but is a home, and the people living here are encouraged and enabled to make their own choices and decisions in as many aspects of their lives as possible.

Essential Criteria:
- NVQ2 in care (or willingness to attain)
- Ability to respond to guidance and direction
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to provide personal care
- Maintain confidentiality, honesty and reliability
- Interested, motivated and committed
- Non-discriminatory and respect for cultural and religious heritage of all people
