Job Summary:Join our dynamic team at NEBOSH! Specialist (Content Creation) is a key role in the Corporate Marketing and Communications function, creating, maintaining, and optimising content for NEBOSH's range of digital platforms and applications.

By further developing our relationship with this global audience, the role delivers tangible benefits throughout their journey with NEBOSH.
- Develop and implement engaging, effective and compelling content that delivers positive results in support of business objectives and content strategies.
- Create, edit, and update content across various channels, including social media, newsletters, case studies, articles, webinars, websites, video, podcasts and blogs, to increase engagement with our online communities.
- Optimise content for SEO and user engagement, using analytics to inform improvements.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of key engagement metrics, sharing acquired knowledge to help optimise our offering.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns and community engagement activities, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of content-related projects and high levels of customer service to all stakeholders.
- Be a proactive team player and provide marketing support to NEBOSH colleagues on additional activities as required.
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or community engagement, ideally within a marketing or communications environment.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering engaging digital campaigns and content-led projects, including national and international initiatives.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver content which achieves engagement objectives.
- Evidence of measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and value-for-money of content and engagement activities.
- Experience in online event organisation
A creative, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, a collaborative and 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
Ideally, you will have:Degree-level qualification in Marketing/Event Marketing or other similar professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
